CivUp Account Deletion
We understand that there may come a time when you wish to leave CivUp. Whether you're taking a break or deciding to permanently delete your account, we're here to help you through the process. Please follow the steps below to proceed with your account deletion.
Step 1: Confirm Your Account Email

Please enter the name and email address associated with the account you intend to delete.
Step 2: Email Confirmation

After submitting your email, you will receive a confirmation message at the email address provided. This is to ensure the security and prevent unauthorized deletions.
Step 3: Confirm Deletion

Within the confirmation email, you will find a link to finalize the deletion process. Clicking this link will confirm your intent to delete your account.
What Happens Next? Upon confirmation, we will proceed to remove all your data from CivUp, including but not limited to:

Profile images
-
Uploaded images
-
Chats
-
Posts
Please be aware that this action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your data.

You can also delete your account directly within the CivUp app:

Log in to your account.

Tap your profile picture at the top-left of the screen.

Navigate to Profile > Edit Profile.

Scroll down and select Delete Account.
